Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Standard Europe : 19€
Express Europe : 65€
Express Non Europe : 120€

Deliveries to Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch will handle all customs formalities and deliver directly to your door.

Your goods will arrive quickly, fully cleared through customs, and at a low cost.

For customers in Switzerland: We suggest using the MeinEinkauf.ch service for deliveries to Switzerland. MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of all customs formalities and deliver to your doorstep for a small fee. Please register with MeinEinkauf.ch before placing your order!

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 2-5 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

-  Payment in cash at the time of collection
-  Prepayment via transfer
-  Cash on delivery (plus COD charges 10 €, furthermore, € 2 Is incurred as delivery charges, which you must pay not to us but to the delivery company directly)
-  Payment via PayPal
-  Payment via Sofortüberweisung [immediate transfer]
-  Payment by invoice (via Klarna)
-  Payment via instalment purchase (via Klarna)

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

-  Prepayment via transfer
