Guarantee Terms

In addition to the statutory warranty rights you are entitled to, we grant you a 2-year guarantee on the goods promoted with the guarantee promise. The warranty period begins with the invoice date. Our guarantee covers the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased during this period, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion within the scope of the warranty:
- repair of the goods free of charge or
- free exchange of the product against an equivalent article (if necessary a follow-up model, if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods by
- Abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Non-compliance with the operating instructions
- use of force (eg blow, push, fall)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear

A claim of the guarantee service presupposes that you enable us to check the guarantee case in advance by sending in the goods. In this case, care must be taken to avoid damage during transport by appropriate packaging. 

You must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the goods shipment in order to request warranty service. Please understand that we can refuse the guarantee if the copy of the invoice is not enclosed in the package. The invoice copy is used to calculate the warranty period.

If it is a justified warranty claim, the guarantee processing takes place for you freight-free. Any shipping costs incurred by you will be reimbursed by us.

Your legal rights from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights vis-à-vis us shall remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore in any case adhere to us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a warranty case or the warranty is claimed.
